Confidence and Experience

When is a person confident and when is he/she experienced ??

If you do something new for the first time and you suceed, what you get is confidence. ..

If you do something new and fail ten times, what you get is experience..

Now, which is better, which is needed more..??

Experience according to me makes one more careful when they repeat this process the next time and since they know of the various pitfalls, the person excercises caution to get it done correctly in the first attempt..

What about a confident person, he does things presuming that he will be successful the first time, every time... Yes, sometimes, things and conditions are favorable, sometimes not... When things go bad, his ego is hurt badly and hence he undergoes emotional turmoil and possibly stress.

Experience leads people to submit themselves to a power above themselves. It leads to humility. It makes us to accept uncertainty with grace.

So does confidence pays ?? What does the world value more, is it confidence or experience ??

To surmise, an experienced person radiates confidence from within which makes people to sit up and take notice.. !!!! Now, do I sound like a diplomat...
